What Are Ear Seeds?
Ear seeds have become very popular in recent years and can be seen on the ears of many a celebrity (if you look closely enough). They've actually been used for many years in traditional Chinese medicine to stimulate acupuncture points on the ears to promote well-being and support a variety of health conditions.
Ear seeds are tiny spheres (historically they were vaccaria seeds but are now more commonly made of metal), they work by applying a continuous light pressure to the relevant acupuncture points. You can also bring additional benefit by stimulating the seeds throughout the day as needed.

Ear seeds are a great choice for younger patients and also those who are afraid of needles. We usually recommend patients are over the age of 11 but please do get in touch if you're looking for support for a younger person and we can discuss suitability.
Ear Seed Kits
We offer a range of ear seed treatment kits to support your well-being which can be bought online or in the clinic. These packs include ear seeds (your choice of simply gold, or a mixed pack which includes gold and sparkly crystal) and a guide showing how to use the seeds and where to place them for the treatment protocol you've chosen. Options include treatments for stress, anxiety, sleep issues, menopause and weight loss. Each pack contains enough ear seeds for at least 4 applications in both ears. ​
