Autumn, or the Little Yin Season, is associated with the Lung and Large Intestine in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It's a time for focussing on strengthening our immunity ready for the onslaught of winter viruses.
It's also a time for letting go of things that are no longer serving us and we may feel grief or sadness more keenly at this time of year. It can be a good time for reflection and allowing these emotions to move through us.
Find out more about what TCM teaches us about Autumn and how to take care of yourself at this time of year. Enjoy the change of season, it's my favourite time of year!
